A balanced curriculum covering all three phases of the game—from opening principles to endgame conversion.

A dedicated chess academy founded on structured learning, practical play, and honest game analysis.
V V CHESS ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED (VVCA) was founded by competitive chess players Vasuki G. Krishna and Vinayak Kulkarni. Having spent decades on the competitive circuit, they recognized the need for a dedicated, structured chess academy in Bengaluru where children and aspiring players receive genuine coaching rather than passive instruction.
We operate from our own 1,200 sq. ft. dedicated campus in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Unlike multi-activity centers where chess is offered as a casual side hobby, our academy is built exclusively for chess. Students train with tournament-standard boards and clocks, participate in regular sparring sessions, and learn to review their games thoughtfully under the direct supervision of experienced coaches.
We treat chess with the respect of a serious intellectual discipline. We focus on building genuine board awareness, calculation ability, and resilience rather than encouraging rote memorization of moves.
Every lesson links concept to practice. Students study ideas on the board, test them in practical sparring, analyse the critical moments with coaches, and gradually build sound competitive habits.
Under VVCA, our BLR64 digital platforms extend learning outside the physical classroom—giving students access to tournament discovery, opening tools, tactical exercises, and annotated games.
Clear terms to ensure a disciplined, productive training environment for all students.
