Terms & Conditions

Attendance

  • Small fixed batches with limited seats
  • Limited makeup classes (1-2) per course duration
  • Subject to availability in existing batches
  • Advance notice appreciated (24 hours)

Coach Cancellation

  • If coach cancels, makeup class arranged or pro-rata refund given
  • Advance notice provided whenever possible
  • Flexible rescheduling with student availability

Fees & Payments

  • Fees are non-refundable once paid
  • Payment required in advance each month
  • Late payments may suspend class access
  • No refunds for absences or mid-course withdrawal

Classes & Recording

  • Online classes may be recorded for revision
  • Recordings shared only with enrolled students
  • Schedule may adjust during tournament weeks

Conduct & Discipline

  • Parents ensure child attends punctually
  • Disruptive students removed after warning (no refund)
  • We respect student learning environment

Force Majeure

  • No liability for natural disasters or govt restrictions
  • Course may be paused during emergency events
  • Notice provided where possible
